Stationary Creation
Personalized wedding invitations, save-the-dates, and thank you cards, complete with envelope addressing for a refined touch. Our services also include wedding website setup via The Knot, as well as custom ceremony and reception signage and programs. Additionally, we offer support with centerpiece ideas, bridal party gifts, welcome bags, favors, and assembly.

Day-Of Coordination
​I provide hands-on support with venue setup, making sure every detail aligns with the plan. I coordinate with vendors, manage logistics on-site throughout the event, and handle any last-minute needs. After the event, I perform final venue checks and ensure everything is in order. I also meet with the couple afterward to review the day and gather feedback.

Month-Of Coordination
​About a month before the event, I meet to review your vision, vendor contracts, and any final details. I’ll create detailed timelines for the rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and vendor logistics, and conduct a venue walkthrough to finalize layouts and flow. I’ll manage all final vendor communications and serve as the main point of contact, with day-of coordination included.

Set-Up and Tear Down
​As part of our setup and breakdown services, I oversee the placement of all décor elements—tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, signage, and more—to create a cohesive, beautiful setting before guests arrive. After the event, I carefully pack up décor, personal items, and gifts for return. I also ensure the venue is cleaned, all trash is collected, and rental items are properly accounted for.
